People’s habits, behaviours and expectations are changing through new devices, platforms and apps. 14% of global economic activities happen online. 4 of the 5 top global brands are digital at the core (Apple, Google, IBM & Microsoft). Every minute, 1/3 of the world’s population interact through the internet (2.4 billion people!). In retail and consumer goods, digital are contributing largely to a more demanding consumer base and changes in the supply side. but consumers are still using stores, 28 percent of shoppers plan to shop in-store but about 32% want online convenience in the store to compare prices, research products and take photos.

Customer demands are pressurizing product deliveries in terms of time, volume and cost. They need a solution to deliver products ​ anytime with flexibility to schedule different
deliveries, with option to consolidate & automate orders along with real time information of the delivery. They need to get ​ any product with instant information about its price and availability and with ​ right cost​ having different discounts and offers​.

Grocery shopping is one of the biggest causes of high blood pressure in modern life. The issue accompanied with supermarket shopping are : traffic jams, car parking, searching
products in the market, noise and health issues, carry basket, long queue at checkout and language barrier with staff. Grocery shopping is not that enjoying task as compared to other shoppings. It can be seen from following quotes:

We are proposing solution to help people solve grocery shopping problems and make their hectic life little easy actually easier through our channels engraved with mobility,
accessibility and availability facilities with just a single digital click.

Easily will provide a mobile and web application through which users can browse and search products, add to their cart and pay the amount. We will take order to the market, buy the required things and deliver to the customer.

We have competitive advantage over competitors as we are saving time and providing easiness to our customers. We deliver order online for products from any supermarket from the city. We don’t have limit of minimum amount to order such as most of our competitors have. Moreover, we are providing multiple pickup points like user can order from multiple stores or shops and we will buy everything and deliver to our customers. The main thing is that our competitors such as Deliveroo and Uber Eat don’t provide grocery delivery yet.

Easily business model will make money similar to Deliveroo. The revenue model of our company is commission based which is simple and effective. The home delivery cost will be calculated using our algorithm based on order price, delivery distance and order weight.

Hunting investors and sponsors is a big milestone for a startup. We are also looking for funding worth of €500k to hire technical engineers, delivery team, to acquire customers and for other miscellaneous expenses.

We are targeting Rennes, France as our entry point in the market. We see a huge demand and big vacuum in the market, so we are definitely planning to initially launch in Rennes and then expand in other cities of France.

Easily is a platform which matches the buyer’s need with the shopper’s need. It offers buyers a quick access to groceries by delivering from a variety of stores for an affordable price. We provide value to the customers.

Customers will get easy access to the market things and can order online whatever they need. They can order by using our mobile application or website. Customer can save his time, avoid walking here and there in the market to find stuff and can save travel cost as well. Customer can use multiple pickup service to order from multiple shops and stores to get things from multiple places which is distinctive feature that easily provide. Following is a sum of value for the customers.

Easily also create jobs for the shoppers. A Shopper is the person who will do the shopping for our customers. Anyone who is fond of shopping, a student who wants to do some part time job to fulfill his/her expenses, a person who wants to work in a flexible timing and in his own interesting area, can join Easily and earn money.

Easily creates value for supermarkets as well. Their sales will be increased with our platform, burden to have large parking places will be reduced, rush on checkouts will be lowered as well.

We will be in touch with our customers using social media like Facebook and twitter. We will be active on social media and planning to have social agents to provide rapid answers to our customers. We will also provide 24/7 customer support where users can contact us by sending emails and phone calls. We believe in high quality services, so we will provide options to the users to give feedback and ratings. We will actively look at the ratings and feedbacks to constantly improve our services.

Key Activities

We will mostly be engaged in the development and maintenance of our product to bring new features, fix issues and bring innovation to keep our customers happy and enjoy a world class user experience. We will also focus on marketing of our product and customer acquisition and providing customer support. We will also be constantly engaged with our local partners like supermarkets to keep them bound with us. Participating in local events and sponsoring some social events can be another plus for us to catch customers.

Revenue Stream

Easily business model is like courier services. Money will be collected per transaction from the customers. Our revenue model is simple and effective, customers browse through and order using our application and send payment to us.We pay to the retailer actual price and keep delivery fee to us. We also have subscription plans as mentioned in the revenue model section above. We will also get money for promotion and advertising of third parties like super markets, product vendors and distributors.
